'Lethal Lesbian' is an Israeli film festival dedicated entirely to lesbian content and held annually since 2008. It is a unique event aimed at bringing lesbian cinema closer to its audience, who is otherwise unable to reach it.

The festival is comprised of various films in different lengths and genres, from shorts to features, comedy and drama to video art and documentaries. This is the only film festival in Israel screening work that is entirely local; participating films are all created by Israeli women. In its first year, 'Lethal Lesbian' was also held in Portland, Oregon, to great success - a mere example of the indication of demand for these films outside of Israel.
